How to Request a Refund

Email support@certinhq.com with your account email and we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, subscription users can cancel their plan at any time from the billing page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Lifetime Access Refunds

Lifetime Access refunds are only available within the 7-day window. After 7 days, Lifetime Access purchases are non-refundable.
